Here are some frequently asked questions, if we haven’t covered something please contact us. 

Will items that are “out of stock” be restocked?

Most items are unique and there will not be duplicates.  If you like something seen in the gallery that isn’t available in the shop, contact us.  We can work with you to make something similar.

Can I return a purchased item?

We do not except returns on purchased items.

What if my item is damaged during shipping?

We take care to package all items carefully to prevent shipping damage.  Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to packages during shipping.   If you receive your package damaged, please take pictures of the package prior to opening and forward that to us at backbaywoodflowers@gmail.com.  Any damages caused during shipping will need to be filed through the shipping company.

The package looked okay, but when opened some of the flowers were damaged.

Wood flowers are delicate great care is taken to package your item to prevent damage during shipping.  If damage happens during shipping, I will work with you to replace damaged flowers.  Please send pictures of any damaged flowers that need to be replaced. 

Shipping FAQ's

I want to send as a gift.  Can my order be shipped to a different address?

Yes!  If you want to send as a gift let us know in the “note” section in check out and we will include a card in your words to your loved one.

What is the shipping process on purchased items?

Once your “in stock” order is processed it is packaged for shipping within 5 business days.  Most items will be shipped USPS or UPS.  If you need expedited shipping, please contact us directly at backbaywoodflowers@gmail.com to make arrangements.  Additional charges will apply.

Do you ship items outside of the continental United States?

We do not ship outside the continental United States currently.

Local Pick Up FAQ's

I selected local pick up. How does that work?

If you have chosen local pick up at check out you will receive an email from us to set up arrangements. We will provide you with our contact phone number and address and set up a time for pick up. We will be available up to 30 minutes after set time. 

Is delivery an option?

Can be possible in some instances, please contact us to inquire. Additional fees will apply. 

Custom Order FAQ's

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we’d love to work with you. To place a custom order please send us an email at backbaywoodflowers@gmail.com 

Are custom colors available?

Yes, one of the things we love about wood flowers is the ability to customize color.
